Ricerca a Singapore

L'universita' di Messina (ma nel resto d'Italia le cose non vanno diversamente) riesce al piu' a garantire un paio di migliaia di euro pro-capite come budget di ricerca. Nel resto del mondo le cose vanno diversamente. Da un mail che ho ricevuto vediamo che Singapore finanzia fino a 1.500.000 dollari un docente appena assunto. Poi ci si lamenta che l'Italia e' in recessione...
